The Enablement & Academy Administrator will identify, research, track, and ensure timely resolution or appropriate escalation of content related or technical issues for learners using our Learning Management System. This position is responsible for maintaining our LMS administration documents for how we manage the Academy Help Desk Cases.
What you'll do:
Act as a liaison between customer, partners, employees, and subject matter experts to solve issues with people trying to complete their training
Triage and solve tier 2 Academy help desk cases, escalate to the appropriate subject matter expert as needed
Maintain LMS administration documentation for case management
Inform/Train the tier 1 academy help desk team on LMS administration documentation changes
Work with Sr. Systems Manager to manage the customer satisfaction survey for the academy help desk.
Participate in project related to the Implementation, updates, or modifications in the management of the Learning Management System
Implementation, updates, or modifications
Modify or update learner progress and grades as needed
Monitor employee/contractor terminations to ensure application access and security is maintained
Demonstrate a positive customer service orientation with employees, partners, and customers,
Required Qualifications/Skillsets:
Bachler's degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience; OR in lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant experience required
Ability to support and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable working with customer, partners, and employees
Ability to problem-solve and utilize strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a complex and changing environment independently and within a team, self-motivated with little direct supervision
Proficiency in the use of an online ticketing system (Salesforce preferred)
Experience working with learning management systems (Moodle, Totara, Learning Pool LMS, Docebo preferred)
Proficient MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
