Acquire BPO is currently looking for an Employer Branding Associate to support us, RingCentral:
This role will be supporting the Talent Marketing associate/coordinate attracts and recruits high potential and diverse people to meet the current and future needs of the RingCentral Manila. In this position, you will work as a part of a talent brand and programs team that is focused on positioning RingCentral Manila as a preferred employer where a person can effectively build a career. This role will be reporting to the Associate Manager for Talent Branding and will be following the hybrid work setup.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
Supporting RingCentral Manila with all its marketing efforts of continued attraction of top and right talent for the organization
Supporting the strategic recruitment marketing direction across Manila via effective and efficient implementation of relevant and suitable products, communication programs, management of the RingCentral Manila employer brand, and selective use of channels
Managing activation of campaigns and events for graduates, interns, and external hires for RingCentral Manila
Coordinating all Campus, Conferences, and event planned in EMEA supporting Graduates, Experienced Professionals, and Operation and Crafts activities
Supporting the overall operational needs of the RingCentral Talent Brand and Programs of Manila
Supporting and maintaining job postings on external job boards, intranet, and various recruitment tools
Provide support in the preparation of marketing peripherals in recruitment activities such as job fairs, college relation activities, and institution partnership events
Assisting in the gathering of data that is needed in the preparation of various recruitment reports
Sending end of day report to the team
Desired Qualifications:
Must have a degree in psychology, marketing, advertising, or any relevant course - fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must be proficient with the MS office applications
With good oral English communication skills
Knowledgeable in multiple attraction techniques and strategies is a plus
Must be sales and customer service oriented
Okay with going on a shifting schedule, working during holidays and weekends, and going on OT
Willing to do fieldwork
Keen to details especially with content
Willing to work on extended hours from time to time and has a sense of urgency
Willing to work from home and eventually report to the office
With outstanding home internet connectivity to support tasks and projects
Willing to once in a while do offsite meetings and projects as required
