Prepare and control documents in accordance with the rules of the company.
Communicate to employees to understand the company's Code of Discipline
Ensures end-to-end processing of employee cases, notices and memorandum pertaining to disciplinary cases
Comply with DOLE 1020 registration, DOLE General Labor Standards and Occupational Safety and Health standards
Experience in investigating employee violations
Prepare and monitor ER reports(Attrition, Exit interviews, NODs, AWOL)
Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of NTE, NOD, Return to work Notices
Tracks, organizes and documents all employee cases and disciplinary measures)
Able to conduct Administrative Hearings
Expererience in representing the management in DOLE SENA and NLRC Cases
Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
Experience in planning, organizing and implementing employee engagement surveys, events and activities (such as Christmas Party, Valentine's Activity, Halloween Party and the like)
Conduct exit interview to all separated employees as a strategic approach to evaluate the quality of work-life within the Organization and identify problems associated with employee retention and engagement.
Perform other functions related to position and qualification that are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Science, preferably, Law or political science.
Experience in Labor Relations work with at least 2 years of experience.
