Principal Accountabilities:
Champion compliance in Health ang Safety as mandated by DOLE. Responsible to report on a cyclical basis the status of compliance to the T&E Country Lead and the Department of Labor and Employment. • Conduct, monitor and administer monthly compliance audit report and submission of WAIR to DOLE on a monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.
Act as the Co-Chairman of the Safety Committee of the company and assist the T&E Lead in the implementation of safe and sound working environment.
Assist the T&E Lead in the other compliance reporting requirement in various government agencies in the Philippines as mandated by law.
Provide assistance in the implementation of health and safety practices in all company premises, workstations and properties.
Responsible to assist the T&E in the implementation of learning and development programs and initiatives.
Conduct monthly and annual inspection and implementation of fire and first-aid training program.
Assist the T&E Lead in the implementation and monitoring of local government compliances both HR and Administrative related matters.
Assist the T&E in other administrative functions and deliverables
Requirements
Skills Required:
Certification in Health and Safety level 1, 2,& 3 proficiency courses
Advanced Health and Safety course
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organizational skills
Problem solving ability
Excellent IT skills
