We are seeking for an Employee Experience & Engagement Associate who conceptualizes and executes effective employee engagement activities in line with employee interests and passions, and mindful of their evolving needs in the future of work.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Works with cross-functional teams and supports employee programs to provide a seamless experience in moments that matter
Creates effective communication materials to the intended audience to highlight the value of initiatives and drive adoption
Monitors and reports project progress and key metrics to analyze results and performance, and recommends appropriate actions to support project objectives
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a degree in Human Resources or any related field
Proven experience in employee engagement / change management / driving continuous improvement initiatives that entail cross-functional collaboration
Assesses new data and information, together with the outcome or impact of the previous implementations and adjusts plan accordingly
Comfortable collaborating and working with leaders and BU counterparts to address pain points
Confident in presenting and facilitating in front of various stakeholders and partners, both executives/managers and staff levels
