We’re looking for an Employee Engagement & Events Specialist to join our growing company! This is for a fixed dayshift schedule, Saturdays and Sundays off!
We are looking for a dynamic Employee Engagement & Events Specialist who will be responsible for the efficient planning, organizing, and executing of employee engagement programs and strategies via a series of company events and activities, as well as corporate social responsibility. Someone who is detail-oriented, possesses knowledge on what motivates, engages and retains employees and is able to conceptualize ideas based on his/her knowledge would be a perfect fit for the role.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and recommend different program goals and objectives in all areas of employee engagement and retention
Plan, organize and execute corporate activities and organizational events (e.g. Summer Party, Christmas Party, Anniversary Celebrations)
Coordinate with different vendors and suppliers for potential company promotional items
Promote Employee Engagement strategies and programs through various channels, including but not limited to, email blasts, new hire orientation, social media, etc. and make sure that engagement targets are met
Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Tribe Leaders, Project Managers and other Admin personnel with regards to developing programs that are relevant to the interest of employees as well as ensure that different activities suggested are aligned with the different Employee Engagement drivers
Create an engagement calendar of activities
Create a budget that fits the needs of the company as well as maintains all organized programs and activities
Consolidate data to create a month-end report for all engagement programs and strategies
Provide updates to leaders and champions on the progress of different Engagement Programs and Strategies
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven 1+ years of experience as an Employee Engagement Specialist or any similar roles
Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
Prior experience working in the BPO industry is preferred
Satisfactory Reporting and Analytics skills for the assessment of Employee Engagement programs’ success criteria
Good command of the MS Excel application and other reporting tools - able to build necessary reports from scratch, based on available data / raw data
Inherent organizational and multitasking skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Open-minded and adaptive to change
Proactive and accountable
Results-driven yet people-oriented
