COMMUNICATION AND ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Communication and Engagement Officer to be part of our team.
He/She shall be responsible in all internal and external communications of the business and shall lead the execution of engagement programs and company events.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
People Engagement
Work with iFive management in developing the company's employee engagement programs
Facilitate engagement activities and programs from planning, and coordination, to execution
Organize company events and other engagement activities that will help in employee retention
Coordinate with external service providers or vendors
Establish relationships with the company's internal stakeholders
Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement tools to assess the success of the engagement activities
Organize and manage the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and charity events.
Communications
Conceptualize and develop communication tools that will help increase employee and candidate engagement. This includes newsletters, internal announcements, social media management, and other communication materials that would elevate our employer's brand.
Managing the internal and external content calendar
Assist HR Operations in conducting New Employee Orientation, Focus Group Discussions, Roadshows, and another communication drive that promotes retention and engagement.
Requirements
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably related to HR Management, Marketing Communications, or any Business-related course
At least five (5) years of work experience in People Engagement & Communications
Advanced proficiency in using design applications.
Creative planning and execution skills for virtual and/or live event
In-depth knowledge of vendor management, events management, branding, and communication
Flexible, dynamic, and engaging with strong interpersonal skills
Able and willing to work on flexible shift schedules or any other schedule as required
Amenable to work on our two sites; Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City; Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
