LINE OF BUSINESS: Customer Service for Gadget and accessory shop in the United Kingdom
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engaging with our customers in new and innovative ways.
- Interacting with customers across various platforms, including email.
- Liaising with our Logistics manager to investigate any shipping issues.
- Maintaining efficient and high-quality ticket response standards.
- Solving complex customer issues and helping to drive positive customer feedback.
- Achieving targets set by the Customer Care Manager.
- Handling return requests and issuing refunds & replacements.
- Finding opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products where possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work From Home (NCR only)
- Can start ASAP
- Proficient in written English
- Gets to work 5 times a day and 4 hours a week
- W/ at least 6 months BPO experience is a plus
Benefits:
Salary (130php/hour) + HMO + benefits
