Job Description
Pronto is looking for a candidate to join us as our new Email Newsletter/Website Producer. This is a position that focuses on producing high-quality website and newsletter content updates with clear and swift responses to Pronto clients.
You will be working directly with our clients via an email ticket system managing their monthly email newsletter and basic website update requests. You must take special pride in communicating and delighting our clients. We are focused on client satisfaction. As a front-line position, you have a responsibility to ensure that our clients have an extraordinary service experience that builds strong relationships.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to managing and coordinating the production and workflow of the following:
Email Marketing Production: Producing and delivering monthly email newsletter campaigns based on client preferences
Website Edits: Implementing minor updates to clients' websites based on their requests
Because the majority of our clients are in the United States, this role requires working during U.S. business hours.
Qualifications
Required:
Have a very strong English proficiency with excellent writing and communication skills
Have at least 1 year or more working experience in a customer service role or a related field
Undergraduate degree required
Experience in HTML/CSS and WordPress preferred
