We are looking for an email specialist to be part of a growing team focused on the strategic outcome of driving talent, client and prospect interactions that ultimately influence revenue.
The specialist will be responsible for the automation and delivery of content across email and text, as defined by the client.
This position requires working knowledge of the HubSpot Marketing platform.
Job-Specific Responsibilities
Build emails and automation campaigns to support client and talent sourcing initiatives
Build lists (based off provided direction) for audience segmentation based on complex data structures
Build out campaign specific automated workflows in Hubspot
Maintain and document rules of engagement for clients and talent across a large data set.
Build campaign reports by exporting data and utilizing HubSpot custom report builder.
Monitor and maintain domain sender reputation by acting as the steward of data hygiene.
Ability to learn new automation platforms including Iterable, SendGrid and Twilio.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration and other related courses
Experience in using Hubspot
Minimum of 1 year experience working in the field of email marketing
Knowledgeable in basic marketing principles, core marketing/customer journey and commercial models
Amenable to work from home (Monday - Friday) on US Shift (8PM - 5AM) and has stable internet connection
