Job Summary
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating email marketing programs and strategies to
ensure that our send-out campaigns have maximum impact. The biggest building in the city needs the
strongest foundations and your campaign send-outs will be those strong foundations required by our sales
team for maximum success.
Duties and Responsibilities
Takes total responsibility for the timing and quality control of the email marketing campaign sendouts to ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and with minimized errors due to flawless
process controls. Perfection in schedule timing ensures that the sales team has the best chance
to achieve the best response time which in turn leads to higher conversions.
Responsible for following and updating Email Marketing Specialist process documentation as it
develops under your influence.
Provides and reports campaign data to create sales reports. Analyzes results and provides analysis
and strategy actions to improve outcomes in the spirit of Continuous Improvement
Take part in sales hurdles to ensure you are up to date with what is happening in the Sales team
and to keep the team updated with Email Marketing Specialist actions.
Track and analyze campaigns and call out anomalies in the data for further investigation. Support
with action plans, including working out tolerances for acceptable targets for each data set.
Ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
Analytical and report-building skills
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced SQL skills to create SELECT queries with JOINS to access information stored in various
databases.
Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
Familiarity with Google Data Studio a plus
Familiarity with MailShake.com a plus
