What You'll Do:Set up and execute email drip campaigns and workflows in CRM/ESP platforms.Launch and manage email and push campaigns, ensuring accuracy in copy, creative, and targeting.Run A/B tests by updating content within existing automations.Assist with weekly reporting, leveraging dashboards to track performance.Perform QA checks and maintain flows, triggers, and campaign health per client directives.Collaborate with the team to pause, update, or optimize campaigns as needed.What You Bring:2+ years of advanced experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (ESP).Strong background in building both workflow automations and one-off email campaigns.Experience with end-to-end email marketing best practices.Comfortable using Slack for internal communication and collaborating with US-based teams.Nice-to-have: experience with Braze, Asana (or similar project management tools), and Tableau.Growth Opportunities:Provide campaign performance insights and basic recommendations.Track and analyze trends to present findings that drive strategic improvements.Powered by JazzHR
