Plan, build, and execute email initiatives to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking within ESP/CRM tools.
Collaborate with teams on content, design, and segmentation to deliver effective email communications.
Monitor and analyze campaign results to provide insights for optimization.
Support the development of automated flows or lifecycle journeys to improve customer engagement and retention.
The Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing strategy and execution.
Proficiency with ESP/CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze).
Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills for email template editing and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
