Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all electrical installations in the condominium are in good working/operational conditions.
Replace and repair busted bulbs, lighting fixtures, etc.
Conduct preventive maintenance works based on monthly PM schedule prepare by Eng'g dept.
Recording and monitoring of all Electrical Equipment such motors, pumps, breakers, lightings & Genset based on checklist.
Trouble shooting of minor repair works of equipment such as pumps & motors, lightings, fans/blowers & replacement of equipment parts.
Assist operation personnel in case needed.
Report problem/troubles that will be notice during the day all technical findings/inspection to the Property Engineer and/or Property Manager for immediate action.
Monthly cleaning of all electrical rooms & checking / re-tighten of bolts for circuit breakers, bus bar gutters if needed (based on PM checklist)
Daily monitoring of Genset condition and operation.
Knowledgeable to operate Genset including conducting preventive maintenance by checking of battery, radiator water level & etc.
Knowledgeable in Genset std operation and able to determine std parameters and procedures.
Conducting weekly run-test of genset for proper maintenance.
Perform other duties instructed by Supervisors.
Perform such works as requested by the Property Engineer/Property Manager with the issuance of a work order, and
Other duties related to the PROJECT that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
