JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for repairing machines providing support when it comes to usage of machines and electrical components
• Responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical machine, control wiring mechanical system
• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems
• Inspect circuit breakers and other electrical devices
• Repair and replace equipment's electrical wiring or fixtures
• Good knowledge of various test equipment
• Working with programmable logic / automation controls
• Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
• Ensure the equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities
• Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on electrical machine parts, its auxiliary equipment and other devices using electrical test instruments and tools
• Conducts routing inspection, tests and observes operation of machineries and equipment to detect causes of electrical and electronic system malfunctions on such devise as drive controller and other elements
• Inspects circuits and wiring to ensure compliance to safety regulations such as proper grounding and shielding
• Relays information to superior or other concerned regarding preventive and corrective maintenance requirements, including repair needs of electrical equipment
• Perform special projects or any assignment that may be given from time to time
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Industrial Engineering Degree or Electromechanical course
• Must have training certification related to the field
• At least two years of proven experience in SCADA / PLC / HMI implementations
• Knowledgeable in electrical / electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation
• Experience in Industrial Automation Platform
• Familiarity with automation GUI Tools and field I/O devices
Required Skills / Abilities:
• Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering
• Has exposure on PLC
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in design and calculation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
