JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for providing quality assurance and testing of all training materials developed by the Global Services Training Design & Development team.
- They will have strong English language skills and be an expert in copy-editing or proofreading.
- They will have in-depth knowledge of test script execution.
- They will be responsible for testing new and modified eLearning courses to ensure their technical stability, functional correctness, and compliance with industry and corporate standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
· A minimum of 2-3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a web-based environment is required.
· Experience with proofreading or copy-editing preferred.
· Extensive knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of editing/QA preferred.
- Willing to work in Paranaque
