Provide EHS Orientation to new employees.
Maintain organized training records for new and existing employees and ensure they are updated as required
Prepare training materials and presentation for Job Specific Training
Steer the contents of the training program
Travel extensively as required training to employees that are on the Sites.
Improve and adapt existing training programs for delivery and efficiency
Coordination with People Department for the training schedule and quantity of newly endorsed employee for the day.
Communicate and sending training updates to Hubs and DC Supervisors. Training schedules are also forwarded and
summary of DC's and employees with incomplete Mandatory OSH Seminar are also highlighted.
Request room reservation to Receptionist for OSH training activity.
Conduct Mandatory Occupational Safety and Health Training, 2 training modes (8 hours and 4 hour-compressed OSH
training)
Update master list file and summary report of employees finished with Mandatory OSH training and Covid19 Safetyawareness orientation.
Conduct research for new training programs.
Creation of training modules/presentation for upcoming training.
Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Engineering , Health Safety and Environment or it's equivalent
2-3 years relevant work experience as Safety Officer 2
Experience on conducting Safety and Health Training
Experience on conducting Emergency Drills ( Fire,Earthquake,etc.)
Knowledge on the Occupational Safety and Health Standards
Experience on Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC)
With BOSH - Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training
Training of Trainers is an advantage
Other Advance OSH Training is an advantage
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Safety and Security Logistics / Procurement 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
