Formulate, develop, execute, oversee, and ensure compliance on safety and security programs, policies and procedure.
Continuously find ways to improve security and safety policies and procedure per area.
Maintain liaison and interoperability with Government Agencies cognizant of the security and safety requirements of
Flash Express and make representation thereof.
Facilitate all resolution of all security and safety incidents
Oversee the security guard operations and his area of responsibility and manage, monitor performance of 3rd party
security service provider.
Perform emergency function as described in EHS manual.
Conduct random operational readiness evaluation of all Flash Express facilities Monitors the compliance of all daily
security operational effectiveness evaluation of all sites
Conducts investigation of security and safety incidents
Random inspection of all security equipment and security offices of Flash Express are well maintained.
Assist the leaders in the preparation of early budget for security and safety.
Performs other functions as may directed by direct superiors within the chain of command.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's of Science in Criminology or equivalent
Law Enforcement and Government Investigator
Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) License, Certified Security Professional (CSP)
