The role will primarily focus on handling map analysis, development and assist end to end testing with Descartes' internal teams and external B2B clients/customers. It is therefore fundamentally integral in the solution design, execution and delivery of projects to meet a client's requirements and to ensure projects are delivered in full, and on time.
Working days are Mondays through Fridays, regular hours and depending on project need, may be required to work outside the usual working hours to complete project deliverables.
You will be reporting to the Activations Manager (Asia region).
Willing to be on mid shift or EMEA schedule, as needed.
OTHERS:
Coordinates, directs & monitors team activities to ensure project and customer alike, receive the highest level of customer service and prompt, courteous & accurate responses are provided to customers.
Monitors efficiency and quality efforts of teamwork; ensures produced output are of good quality and content conforms to customer's requirements.
Create and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer satisfaction.
TECHNICAL SKILLS SET:
-Knowledge of EDI Standards, B2B integrations and Supply Chain processes
-Knowledge of API, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, flat file message formats are an asset
