Job Description
Installation of work orders. Restoration of EG/SG client's circuits. Collaborate with 3rd party contractors/venders. Ensures WO completion within the committed RFS Date. Ensures service efficiency.
DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes the work order to determine specific requirements
Requisitions needed equipment from asset custodian (SLOC)
Coordinates with different groups on availability of client and resources
Installs and tests equipment in client premises
Secures acceptance from client and turns over equipment
Leads implementation with contractors to implement work orders
Executes service restoration through the following:
Identifies and resolves faults
Coordinates with other functional groups for testing and isolation purposes
Closes the ticket upon completion of service restoration
Executes preventive maintenance on assigned circuits by recommending solutions to Service Level Management on type of maintenance to be performed based availability targets for assigned circuits as defined in TOR
