As an essential part of the dynamic eCommerce team at Balsam Brands, you'll report directly to the Sr. Manager, Ecommerce, and be responsible for managing the formulation of online merchandising strategies. Your visionary skills will guide the direction and execution of these plans, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our North America websites.
Additionally, you'll lead the charge in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and delve into site performance analysis to unveil valuable insights for continuous improvement. <\/p>
What you'll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>
Site Experience & Performance Management<\/em><\/strong><\/p>Analyze site performance daily\/weekly\/monthly<\/li>Create documents to present findings in business recap meetings weekly<\/li>Recommend action plans to achieve site KPI targets<\/li>Assess customer journey pain points and recommend site updates to improve number of site visitors continuing through the purchase funnel<\/li>Drive day to day optimization and digital revenue across devices for NA websites<\/li><\/ul>Commercial\/Integrated Planning<\/strong><\/em><\/p>Lead development of site merchandising plans for various onsite content including site navigation, landing pages, homepage, product pages and more, to support new assortment and project strategies. <\/li>Represent Ecomm priorities & customer journey objectives in seasonal planning activities bring industry knowledge and expertise<\/li>Partner at various levels cross functionally to be a proponent of ongoing process seasonal planning process improvements<\/li>Partner with Creative, Business Management, and Marketing teams to establish collaborative working cadence in seasonal planning, align goals and objectives<\/li>Lead submission of Creative requests and management of deliverables<\/li><\/ul>People Management & Development<\/strong><\/em><\/p>Have weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports to prioritize work, advise, coach, and remove blockers<\/li>Set team and individual project and development goals<\/li>Provide regular feedback and coaching<\/li>Maintain oversight of team deliverables and prioritization<\/li><\/ul>Site QA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>QA site experience regularly, especially during technical releases, to ensure that key elements are working as expected:Pages and images loading<\/li>CTA linking<\/li>Navigation<\/li>Home Page component linking<\/li>and more as requested<\/li><\/ul><\/li>When site errors are found, engage relevant teams to remediate<\/li><\/ul>What we're looking for:<\/strong><\/p>8+ years Ecommerce or Site Merchandising experience (preferably in DTC retail)<\/li>Strong understanding of web-based consumer behavior and eCommerce KPIs<\/li>Proven track record of team leadership strong retail math and analytical skills<\/li>Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with broad group of business partners<\/li>Attention to detail, highly organized, deadline-driven and goal- and results-oriented<\/li>Extremely flexible\/adaptable attitude enjoyment of a startup mentality<\/li>Excellent written, problem-solving and decision-making skills<\/li>Demonstration of strong business ownership<\/li>Strong presentation skills highly literate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook<\/li><\/ul>Location:<\/strong>TheeCommerce Manager<\/strong>position is a remote working position for Balsam International Unlimited Company Philippine ROHQ in Manila.
