About the Role
This role will be responsible for assisting with entering data into platforms and spreadsheets for analysis. The role will also help the business in terms of comparing data from one document to another to make sure everything is accurate.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Checking data already entered in the platforms and spreadsheets is accurate.
Updating and fixing incorrect information.
Completing, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets and tracking systems as required.
Reporting progress of data entry, data reviews and query status to management.
Assisting in the timely resolution of data queries.
Processing of customer orders.
Capturing and inputting a high-volume list of data into the spreadsheets.
Assisting other team members when required.
Learning and understanding new product inventory management systems such as Flexpoint.
Taxonomy Mapping to retailers and suppliers.
Matching retailer invoices to internal sales data to find any discrepancies.
About You
You have high attention to detail and love dealing with data every day. You don't need much handholding and you can easily pick up things. As part of a small team, you are collaborative and like open communication.
Position Prerequisites
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Sheets is required.
Must have experience in using formulas in excel such as VLOOKUP, Sumif, Countif, and the likes.
Preferably with experience in an eCommerce industry.
Interest in order management and sales processes.
Time management and organisation skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy with data entry.
