- with BPO Technical Support work experience is an advantage but not a must
- Fresher/Lateral/Expro is okay
- must be willing to work on shifting schedule, dayshift and in Tera Tower
- currently employed is okay but we prefer someone who can start ASAP
- must hold a valid visa: tourist, permanent (SRRV), TRV, investors, resident
- must be willing to accept the salary offer
- Native Japanese only, born and raised in Japan
