MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Provide support to the Supply Chain Manager for Beauty & Personal Care on ensuring establishing sourcing for HBE innovations, securing Category KPIs are met and landing.
JOB SUMMARY
Supply Planning -
Identify sourcing strategy to support HBE initiatives - work with Global Supply Chain and Procurement on Make vs. Buy
Work with relevant teams on establishing supply chain for HBE initiatives
Collaborative Demand Planning - working with CS to ensure a robust demand handshake with CD and customers.
Weekly finished goods supply plan based on local requirements and ensuring supply continuity considering leadtime and complexity of importation
Ensure stock availability including replenishment of warehouses and support distributor stock management
Support promotions and other supply activations (PBP, etc.) - from building capability to execution
Capacity Planning
Ensure demand is considered by sourcing units and secure supply continuity for short term and supply strategy for medium to long term.
Innovations
Lead project network discussions
Ensure capacity planning for each innovation
Ensure OTIF and alignment to category strategy and business targets of innovations
Ensure sourcing and end to end supply chain (logistics, warehousing, consolidation, rework, distribution) is cost efficient
Ensure robustness of business case assumptions
KEY REQUIREMENTS
3 years relevant experience in supply chain preferably in planning
Experience on SAP ERP, APO
Commercial acumen
Cross functional business process knowledge
People management
Customer Service, Planning experience
