Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Use industry-standard tools to create and deploy online courses, ensuring compatibility across various devices and platforms.
Use various instructional design principles to create courses that cater to different learning styles and approaches.
Development of online training materials such as video presentations, tests, modules, and the likes.
Collaborate with directors, managers, and supervisors to ensure accurate and effective content tailor fitted to the target team.
Keep track of the client employee's learning progress and engagement.
Analyze data to identify key strengths and areas in need of improvement.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to course delivery.
Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all online training materials.
Required Experience
Proven experience in designing and developing online educational / training content.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards is an advantage.
Experience in UKG (the client's learning management system) is an advantage
Proficient in using multimedia tools for content creation
Minimum Qualifications
At least a year of experience in a similar role
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team and autonomously
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (both with technical and non-technical communication)
Excellent problem-solving skills
