E&G Sales Support Specialist
Site: Technoplaza 2, Eastwood (Hybrid set up after 6 months - subject to performance review)
Reporting to: Direct Manager/Supervisor

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
You'll be part of our in-house Vocus E&G National Sales Support team. As an Enterprise Sales
Support Specialist, you play a vital role in the Vocus business by providing effective, prompt
and accurate responsiveness to Enterprise, Corporate, SMB and Channel Partner business
sectors through all mediums and able to provide first-rate assistance to our AU Account
Managers for them to maximize their sales opportunities.
This role assists in achieving a seamless transaction with sales orders, reports and
management accounts required.
Your day could see you:
Order Processing via platforms preferably Salesforce and APDS
Raising Deal Support Request via Salesforce and liaising with counterparts - Sales
Support, Sales Operations, Legal, Solutions Consultant, Billing and Credit teams
Generating billing reports and/or providing invoice copies
Raise Opportunities and Quote on Salesforce - Vocus and Voice products
Raise New Billing ID via Tulip CRM
NextDC Back Bill
Generate Service Order and sent via congasign to the customer
Completing account audits - provide lists of services, contract start/end dates, site
address, product, costs, etc.
Ad Hoc projects- vary depending on specific task
Assists in qualifying sites for the Sales team
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high level of efficiency and accuracy
Ensure all Account Managers and counterparts have positive experience
Provide clear and accurate information to all Partners whilst maintaining the highest
standard of customer service
Meet all required KPI's
Identify Account Manager's needs to deliver quality solutions
Manage both an individual workload and tasks allocated to the team
Write and respond to emails in an appropriate and professional manner
Meet Ad Hoc tasks in the required timeframe
Consistent follow-up with the Account Managers for all pending cases to achieve the
best outcome for both the business and customer
A BIT ABOUT YOU
At least 2 years solid Telco background and/or B2B Sales experience
Customer/Client Facing- interact, engage and provide front-end support
Strong problem solving, analytical and resolution skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work both autonomously and within the group and Onshore team
A proactive, initiative, flexible and positive attitude
High attention to detail, with motivation and focus
Team and customer focused
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient in MSO and/or Google Suite applications
Approachable with a "Can Do' attitude
