Job Title: E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist
Work Schedule: Full-Time (Remote), 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ESTWe are looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our client's online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, and other major online marketplaces. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing optimization, and marketplace compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.
Oversee marketplace operations, including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
Monitor marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with requirements.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
Troubleshoot marketplace-related issues, including case management and performance notifications.
Stay up-to-date with marketplace trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
Requirements
Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics.
Experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
