eCommerce Operations Assistant

Reporting to the Back Office Operations Manager you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing processes that help Little Birdie be as efficient as possible.
Job Overview:
Your responsibility will be to help the business move and present data in ways that allow us to make the most of the tools we have. Overseeing existing processes, taking ownership of certain outcomes, and continually optimizing the approach until it is everything it can be.
The work itself will involve integration flows, CRM Management (Zoho), and Ticketing System Management (Zendesk). You will be working with existing teams within the business to help make sure the information they are getting is as accurate as possible and done as quickly as possible.

Minimum Qualifications
CRM management/development experience
Excellent communication amp; language skills
Experience working in an operations team
Strong Excel/Spreadsheet skills
Familiarity with SQL Database
Additional Qualifications:
Zendesk or similar Ticketing software experience is a plus
Zoho or similar CRM software experience is a plus
