INTERN JOB DESCRIPTION
Description
To assist superior in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Shopee, Lazada and Zalora
Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance)
To explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales (i.e. competitor benchmarking)
Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides/Shop-in Shops to uphold brand standards.
Provide additional customer service support during campaigns by answering product inquiries and forwarding unresolved chats or customer complaints to the appropriate team member.
To carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail, affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving and hands-on execution
Fast learner and committed to get the job done
Strong written and oral communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc), and Google Sheets
Knowledge of local E-commerce / Fashion / Beauty industries will be a plus
