This will include media allocation, budget management, validation of all billings and vendor coordination. The candidate will manage multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Meta) and work closely with vendors, finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, proper budget tracking, and alignment on billing and reconciliation.Key Responsibilities * Media Allocation Creation & POP Collection

Meta CPAS
Ensure timely POP (Proof of Performance) collection for all platforms
Budget & GR Management
Preparation and submission of GRs (Goods Receipts)
Monitoring of GRs and invoices
Updating and maintaining the P&G budget tracker
Vendor & Partner Communications
Manage communications with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other partners
Coordinate with vendors for deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution
M-Commerce Management
Handle all M-Commerce communications and reconciliation
Oversee M-Commerce allocation creation and monitoring
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support internal stakeholders (brand teams, finance, eBMs)
Ensure accurate reporting, alignment on budgets, and clear documentation of processes
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for budget tracking
Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Meta) is a plus
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
