Process online customer orders from various E-com platforms (i.e., lazada, shopee, zalora), which will include customer interaction on confirming orders, presenting alternate items if stocks are not available, obtaining payments, handling of customer complaints and picking/packing of customer orders.
Attain monthly sales targets for E-commerce sales
Manage E-commerce inventories and conduct inventory counts.
Had 1 to 2 years of work experience in the BPO industry
Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
Is patient, persevering and detailed-oriented
Can generate reports using softwares such as word, excel and powerpoint
Willing to work holidays and weekends
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Retail Industry 2 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
