E-Commerce Customer Development Manager
Job Description
As the E-commerce Customer Development Manager, you are responsible for e-tailer account development and management. You will oversee the management of full year GMV and profitability objectives of the e-tailer account. You will
leverage data analytics to drive optimization and efficiency of targeting, promotion spending and new user acquisition. As the gatekeeper, you maintain discipline & control over financials and operational KPIs.
The role reports to the Country E-commerce Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Development and Management
Manage the day to day communication with the e-tailer account and any operating issues that might arise
Set up performance review process with e-tailer account and conduct regular performance reviews and track execution of any improvement opportunities
Develop a joint business plan
Scan market for new players and propose potential business models to partner with e-tailers
Reporting of E-commerce scorecards
Account Operations
Drive superior online shopping experience via superior CRISP execution and optimization in the areas of digital shelf, buy now capability, SKU assortment and logistics
Timely order processing and claims submission
Be ahead on competitor monitoring and recommend a response model
Development of E-shopper marketing and CRM programs
Partner with internal marketing team and marketing agencies to seamlessly develop and execute suitable programs that drive shoppers to purchase on the e-com channel and execute the brand marketing agenda
Partner with the CRM lead to identify ways to build Kimberly-Clark first-party user data and subsequently re-targeting them to drive GMV
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in e-commerce channel and key account development in the local market
Excellent understanding of local e-commerce channel market trends and ecommerce channel operating models (e.g. B2C, C2C, mobile and social commerce etc.)
Preferably a 'digital native'
Familiarity with latest e-commerce technologies
Experience with consumer goods companies preferred but not essential
Working knowledge of e-commerce marketing programs.
