Adarna House is currently in need of an E-Commerce Associate to help grow its new imprint Apop Books (apopbooks.com) which focuses on translating the best Korean literature for the English speaking Philippine market.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Spearheading the sales and marketing initiatives of Adarna's latest publishing imprint - Apop Books
• Acting as liaison between Adarna House / Apop Books and its e-commerce platforms
• Managing all inquiries and concerns of customers via online platforms
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Prospecting for new leads to grow Apop Books' business and following
• Coursing inquiries, requests, and concerns to other members of the organization, as appropriate
Minimum qualifications are:
• A sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
• Interest in Korean Literature & Pop Culture
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Applicants with e-commerce and customer service experience, a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
