Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement supply chain and operations strategies to be inline with biz strategies and to deliver for growth
2. Manage process, framework for total supply chain & operations, including each sub functions: planning, procurement, warehouse, last mile delivery, payment and CS.
3. Own, refine and monitor performance measures that support the strategy and operating plans.
4. Manage high-level fulfilment models for highest service level and optimized cost to serve and cash
5. Manage relationship with 3PL partners in the market
6. Oversee execution with other functions(IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
7. Develop a standard of high performing, well-coordinated teams across all business units capable of supporting accelerated growth and rapid adoption of new technologies, services and partners.
8. Drive the financial decision-making and risk management.
Deliverables:
1. Setting up Fulfilment infrastructure as per Project timeline
2. World Class Customer service measured through Online Availability%, Fill Rate%, Next Day Delivery%
3. Fulfilment Cost management through operational excellence and process excellence
4. Ensuring Safety, Health, Environment and Quality targets are met.
Must Have:
1. 10+ years of experience leading in Supply Chain
2. 5 years of experience in logistics functions, preferably fulfillment and LMD operations
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions
4. 3 years of experience in FMCG
5. 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce
6. Strong understanding of the market and having relationships with other SC leads in the fields to capture any new trends
7. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to accommodate a quick paced environment.
8. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills in dealing with those both internal and external.
