Position Overview
The DWS Financial Reporting team ensures all transactions are correctly accounted for and provides a golden source financial information data set upon which all internal and external reporting is based. The Accounts Payable Specialist will support Regional Finance for APAC entities and perform payment. The Specialist will also perform reconciliation and balance sheet substantiation. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role.

Your key responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices and expense claims for payment by matching and verifying with 3rd party vendor invoices, purchase orders and other statements.
Ensure that accounts payable invoices and expense claims are accurate, processed timely and accurately within the agreed SLA and authorized for payment.
Generate payments and ensure payments are authorized according to the Payment Control Standards.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all accounts payable files including periodic reconciliation of control accounts.
Ensure accurate processing to accounts in compliance with our policies and procedures with correct application of taxes.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in accounts payable or general accounting function
CPA is an advantage Combined analytical and problem solving skills
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
