Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
DUTIES
Provides guest services in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines set by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and the Hotel. Ensures smooth operation of all hotel services and acts as liaison between Management and guests in ensuring guest's safety, security and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
College graduate
Must have solid background in Front Office operations
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with guests & employees at all levels
Excellent communication skills, knowledge of a second foreign language an advantage
Excellent organizational leadership & administrative skills
Mature, with pleasant disposition & able to thrive under pressure
