JOB DESCRIPTION
Operation of kitchen equipment, air-con system, building automation, fire protection system, electrical panel, plumbing equipment, boiler, heater and related sub-system to run the Hotels' operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, constructive work, capital upgrading, minor project upgrading of equipment and alteration to the system, and other related task.
Work with professional Engineer, Designer, Consultant, Architect and Contractor on upgrading project and temporary supply for exhibitions and conventions.
Conduct safety inspection of kitchen, public area, guest room, stores and follow-up all related works. This also includes function as an ALL Safe Officer
WORK EXPERIENCE
Must be a degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and duly licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission.
Should have at least 1-2 years or more of working experience in Engineering Repair and Maintenance.
Previous duty engineer's post in a luxury hotel setting is an asset
