Job Description
Responsible in developing preventive maintenance and energy conservation program.
Ensure that all safety system are up to date and in good working condition.
Work Experience
Must be a registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
Experience in the luxury or upscale segment and pre opening is preferred.
Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal is required.
Strong organizational skill.
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
