Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Performs duties where driving company vehicles are required.
Assists Fixed Laboratory Chemists and Field Chemists in the conduct of Random Field Testing.
Specific Responsibilities
Performs driving tasks in support of field testing operations that require pick up of samples from mobile laboratories and ensure these samples and documents are safely delivered to the confirmatory or fixed labs according to approved chain of custody and handling procedures
Ensure that fuel samples collected are properly and completely labelled, and properly received prior to turnover.
Plan travel routes to ensure maximum safety of cargo, ensure confidentiality of travel routes through close coordination with the central planning officer and periodic reporting of activities to the supervisor.
Responsible for proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
Maintains a record of all daily trips indicating purpose, location and the mileage per trip, among others.
Performs daily checks on the company vehicle before and after use, using vehicle inspection forms and mobile applications, including the use of IVMS, to ensure that they are in good operating condition.
Promptly reports to immediate superior any involved vehicular-related incidents resulting to damage on the company vehicle, as well as any incidents regarding their cargo.
Qualifications
Education: at least high school graduate
Experience: with a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
Excellent driving skills with professional driver's license. (restriction 2)
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
