Job Description
Architecture degree, licensure and 5 years of drafting experience, or equivalent
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe graphics suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Working knowledge of United States professional drafting standards and templates with a strong knowledge of Architectural graphic standards, Construction documentation (drawings and specifications)
Drafting efficiency - use of commands, blocks, and resources
Ability to set up work sheets (insert / x-ref title blocks, notes, floor plans, legends, schedules, details, views, etc.), transfer files from adobe illustrator to CAD (to scale), create view ports (scaling, layering management of view ports, to read and understand plans efficiently, and visualize a building design, and to coordinate, understand architectural plans as well as plans from other consultants
Experience in mixed-use, commercial, residential sectors
Must have experience with construction documents preparation, detailing, on multi-family and commercial projects
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (Business level)
A keen eye for detail
Ability to project manage
Ability to meet deadlines
Additional attributes required
Accredited professional degree in architecture
5+ years post-graduate, full-time professional experience
AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe graphics suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Familiar Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Needs to work US PST work hours
Needs to connect through telephone, Teams chat and email.
