MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The Dove Business Performance Manager - Dove Hair and Masterbrand has two roles: 1) The Dove Hair Business Performance Manager is responsible for executing brand strategy, deploying innovations and delivering business results for Dove Hair. Additionally, 2) as the Dove Masterbrand Brand Manager, he or she is also responsible for leading the local Dove Masterbrand agenda, connecting all Dove brands across Beauty & Personal Care and landing synergistic and impactful campaigns and executions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Dove Hair
Brand Custodian - managing the local marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotions)
Executions Lead for brand campaigns and innovations to drive business growth
Day-to-Day Brand Operations:
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Processes from activity and demand planning to sales monitoring and analysis
Brand Health, Consumer and Retail Data Analysis,
Project Management with internal and external teams
Docking with Global Brand teams
Delivering Business Results - topline and bottom line
Liaising with Global Team counterparts - influencing and aligning on strategy and mixes
Dove Masterbrand
Brand Custodian - leading Total Dove Masterbrand agenda in the Philippines
Landing Campaigns and Executions that concern all Dove brands across the portfolio - from Purpose campaigns to in-store executions
Liaising with Global Team counterparts - influencing and aligning on strategy and mixes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree Holder with solid experience in Marketing, Brand Management and Campaign Executions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking
Desire/Passion for Beauty Marketing
Eye for beauty
Passion for Purpose
