Checking and evaluation of submitted visa application requirements before lodging
Advising the clients of their lacking documents and following up for the completion of their requirements
Scheduling of appointments for the clients at the embassy based on the clients' travel requirements
Organizing the documents according to the embassy's requirements prior to the scheduled interview of the applicant
Filing of tourist/business visa at different embassies based on the clients' travel requirements
Assisting and orienting the clients when they are required to have a personal appearance at the embassy
Picking up of documents from the clients or embassies whenever necessary
Following up with the designated embassy regarding the application status of the passengers
Updating the clients regarding their visa application status
Constantly updating the visa processing procedures and fees
Other duties that may be required by other departments whenever necessary
College graduate
MS Office
Experience in VFS / BLS / Third-party visa handling services is a plus
