We are in need of highly competent individual to fill-in the position of:
 
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of Information Technology or other related courses
Knows how to utilize a range of office software including mail and spreadsheets 
Has the ability to evaluate, prioritize, organize and delegate work schedules
Has strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Possesses good decision making skills and must be detail oriented
With experience in Helpdesk and Computer Technical Support
With experience in creation of IT procedures and workflows
With experience in IT Technical Writing and ISO 9001:2015 audit is a plus
Job Description:
Undertake various functions related to document control, document archiving, and maintenance of document register for IS job request and/or system projects
Provides technical support to computer network users
