What will YOU do?
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are organized, sorted, and filed according to the Filing system and issued to the appropriate/authorized parties by maintaining an online centralized document monitoring tool and by adhering to the agreed filing/pull out procedures
Review each document to determine compliance with tax rules and regulations by individually checking financial documents vis-a-vis Tax Invoicing Requirements
Ensure all documents are in order, complete, and categorized for easy accessibility by reviewing all transmitted documents together with the transmittal letter and making sure that all documents are properly labelled and all file boxes are properly dated and firmly tagged to indicate their contents for easier retrieval
Review all documents to ensure information on all records are accurate and up-to-date by doing regular/random check
Ensure all the documents are completed as per compliance requirements, accurately and in a timely manner by working with different stakeholders (i.e., Treasury, AP, AR, Finance Ops, and Tax)
What will YOU need?
Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Management or other related courses
At least 1 year of experience in the same role is an advantage, but fresh graduates can still apply
