The Role
As a Document/Collateral Custodian Specialist, you will handle custodianship and inventory monitoring of original collaterals and securities for Auto / Home / SBL / CTS / Personal Loan and Corporate Salary Loan.
How you'll contribute
Reviews completeness of documents for registration and encumbrance for Auto / Home / BML to be forwarded to Registration in charge.
Releasing of Collateral for a fully paid account for Auto / Home / BML / Personal Loan and Corporate Salary Loan.
Handles the custodianship of Credit Folders for Auto, Home, CTS, SBL, Personal Loan, Corporate Salary Loan, and SALAD
Coordinates with internal and external business partners to accomplish regulatory and non-regulatory documents. Sending notification and correspondence.
Accommodates requests of internal and external clients.
Facilitates payment of Hub's utilities such as office supplies, power and water, notarial, and other related transactions.
Handles customer complaints related to consumer lending transactions.
Process Insurance Claims for Auto, Home, and SBL. Printing of Disclosure Statement and EIR Computation and uploading of loan documents for Welcome Kit.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Clerical/Administrative
Knowledge of the Consumer Lending, Registration of Mortgage processes, and documentation
Result-oriented and team player
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties
