Manages and develops the company's business in the assigned territory
Provides directions to Distributors and ensures proper management of accounts which include product distribution, promotional campaigns and effective merchandising
Creates sales strategies and conceptualizes business building programs that will generate incremental business for the company and trade partners
Takes charge of sales forecast for his team. Analyzes performance vs required budget
Cost-efficiently manages the area by evaluating and analyzing the sales operation and trade spending
Develops business plans and effectively implement both in Local and National accounts
Maintains and expands customer base by continuous monitoring performance of the team, increasing business opportunities such as new accounts, new channel of distribution and other potential markets that will contribute to the company's growth
Business reviews & develops performance of Sales team in the area
Trains & provides coaching to Distributors' Sales people to maintain a highly motivated sales force
Effectively manages the Accounts Receivables in the area.
Perform other duties required by superior from time to time.
A graduate from a reputable school
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
With solid experience in FMCG handling both Modern trade and General Trade accounts, which includes handling distributors' operations
Excellent leadership competencies, a team player and possesses a high degree of initiative
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
High level of decision making and problem solving
Analytical and well versed in creating sales report
Ability to driver (MT & AT)
