Do you want to plan, organize, direct and control the District? Do you have the skillset to manager PSR sales activities, according to corporate & Division plan and strategies in order to achieve sales target of assigned territories? If yes, then District Manager role is for you.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development - You need to ensure the achievement of the Company's sales and market share targets in the territories covered by the district. This includes:
a. Market Development. Strengthen and maintain the position of our Company's products in terms of market share and sales volume in the territories covered by the district by:
Analyzing pertinent data (DDD)
Developing & executing strategies
Overseeing implementation of Marketing plans
Providing effective tactical feedback to marketing
b. Sales Achievement. Establish and achieve sales objectives based on territory potential and the Company's growth targets.
Ensure achievement of territory sales target
Formulate sales development programs for key accounts
Oversee implementation of sales programs
c. New Business. Spot potential sources of new business and optimize them in partnership with marketing team.
Assess, identify & develop territory business potentials
Formulate business development program for new account
Oversee execution of new business development programs
Provide effective tactical feedbacks
2. Managing Resources - You will achieve financial objectives of the district and contribute to the overall financial objectives of the Division.
a. TF Allocation / Program Fund
Allocate resources to maximize profitability
Cascade TF allocation to Field force
Source alternative funding for unplanned business development programs
Guide & control financial actions
b. Company Assets - Care for Company assigned accountabilities & Marketing tools
3. Leading & Developing People. You need to set directions for the team and harness the individual skills and contribution of team members to achieve their individual and the district objectives.
a. Act as coach and counselor to maximize productivity and strengthen teamwork and collaboration by:
Motivating the Sales Team
Creating understanding of District's short & long term objectives/expectations
Resolving conflicts and Field force dissatisfaction
b. Training and Development - Provide venues and opportunities for ongoing development of subordinates. Conduct training if necessary or identify training resources that can be utilized by the team.
c. Enforce of Company Rules & Procedures
d. Align everyone to Company Mission & Core Values
e. Maintain positive work climate
