Distributor Specialist (Pampanga) - Fixed Term
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in the End-to-End landing of the different programs under the Hapi Dealer big rock in NCLGT.
Responsible in the End-to End landing of the different programs under the Trade Digitization (Business to Business Solution) big rock in NCLGT.
Responsible in the End-to-End landing of the different trade promotions and merchandising in NCLGT.
Downloading programs and directions as well as training of distributor teams
Leading the trade execution
Monitoring progress and pivots
Report and data analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a bachelor degree holder preferably with distributor management / general trade experience (open to fresh graduates)
Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Good data analysis and reporting skills
Amenable for an initial Fixed term contract of 6 months to 1 year (with possibility of absorption)
