Distributor Manpower implementation and management
DISTRIBUTOR BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY
Ensure execution of Big Rocks (Expansion, Servicing, People)
Capacity Review: Ensure profitable and sustainable business for distributor
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in General trade / distributor management
Must have field sales capability and metrics/KPI management
With excellent communication
Amenable to do field work and be assigned in Samar & Leyte
