We are looking for a Distributor Sales Specialist for the following: Samar- Leyte, Negros Island, Panay Island, Leyte- Samar Area and Cebu -Bohol.
Summary Job Descriptions:
 
Manage the assigned customer base to increase sales in the local marketplace and provide sales and technical assistance to distributors and internal personnel.
 
Job Tasks and Responsibilities as Distributor Sales Specialist:
 
•        In charge of growing the business of assigned territory.
•        Ensures that volume & leadership in-store short-term and long-term targets are achieved.
•         Influence customers’ decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data based presentations.
•        Involves in developing product ranging, shelving, pricing, and promotion strategies based on research that gives insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior.
•        Develops and monitors new business opportunities.
•        Works directly with the company executives and multi-functional team for the right go-to-market strategies to grow the business exponentially.
•         Deals professionally on the phone and in person with customers, vendors and fellow employees.
•        Cooperates with other members of the team to ensure the customer receives an excellent level of service.
•        Reports directly to Area Sales Manager.
